The Hark 2 Door Gas Smoker is a vitreous enamel coated smoker with a sturdy construction including wide, stable legs. The gas-powered smoker includes a hose and regulator and connects to a standard gas bottle.
The two doors allows you to replenish your woodchips and water pan without opening the cooking chamber and letting heat or smoke out.

Nice!
Everything I have cooked in this smoker has been delicious! and I have enjoyed learning to smoke with it. I will not be changing smokers until I move from my townhouse and have a bigger back yard to accommodate a larger smoker.

its fantastic but im no good at it
so i got this thing i thought it was small and wouldn't be able to do what i wanted it to do, i learnt some things very quickly, first i couldnt get it hot enough, but its winter where i am and even at full heat it would take a long time and the youtube stuff helped a bit but it still requires alot of experimentation to get the result you want

It's an okay smoker
For the price of this smoker it is not too bad. Recommended that you perform a few mods to ensure smoke does not escape & heat is retained fairly well. Best bet is to use pellets as I have found wood chips to burn much too quickly as you can't really moderate the heat that well.
