For years now, Bradley has created world-class smokers. The Bradley Original Smoker has lasted the test of time. Our easy-to-use, world-class food smokers consistently deliver results. The unique, automatic feed system enables you to load up your smoker with nine hours of Bradley Flavor Bisquettes.

With two separately controlled heat elements (one for the oven, one to create smoke) your smoker can now function as a hot smoker, cold smoker, oven, or dehydrator. The generator has a removable side panel for ease of cleaning and preventative maintenance to keep your smoker lasting longer.

The fully insulated stainless steel interior and magnetic door make for easy cleanup and keeps the smoke where it’s supposed to be.

This smoker is terrific. The cabinet is light and generously sized

This smoker is terrific. The cabinet is light and generously sized, with sturdy wire trays inside. The smoke generator works perfectly, and cycles a new bisquette onto the burner every 20 minutes. I recommend a set of 3 bisquette savers at the very end of the column to ensure that all your bisquettes get used up and don't sit on the burner and turn to ash. The burner timer isn't adjustable, but the temperature knob on the generator is used to control the heating element in the bottom of the cabinet, and allows you to precisely regulate the temperature of the cabinet. I also purchased a Bradley cold smoke attachment, and use it for smoking cheese. I leave the heater element unplugged to keep the temperature as low as possible during cold smoking.

What a great smoker. I need one for myself now.

I loved using this smoker(that I bought for my dad) this past weekend. We did 4 racks of baby back ribs and bologna with the leftover space. I had to empty the water bin twice but otherwise did not have to do much adjusting after initially getting the temperature set. The first wood puck tends not to burn all the way, but otherwise the rest ended up used mostly through. I would probably want to add a few minutes to the 20-minute cycle to ensure the full use of the wood bisquette. Either way, the smoker is extremely well insulated and got up to temp quickly and it was constantly full of smoke; the end result was delicious. I have not had a chance to try a brisket yet though, which will be my true test.

I've had my smoker for 10 years and it still works great. its been rained on, snowed on and ignored for months. It still works just fine. I suggest you buy a cover for yours. These things are very safe, no fires to start its all electric. I use a remote meat thermometer. Those things work very well, I bring the wire through the vent and bring the remote receiver in the house. Perfect internal meat temp every time and I don't have to check on it. I read on the factory website that after two hours of smoke we can stop the biscuits. The meat can't take any more smoke so just let it cook. I load 6 biscuits for the two hours of smoke time and put in 2 extra biscuits as pushers. (You will still have smoke in your unit after 4 hours and you save on the biscuits) This unit can also cold smoke. you can turn off the main heat unit and only use the smoke generator. I put in bricks of cheese on top rack and allow them to smoke for 10 to 15 min, wow is that good!
